Vacation Me Travel Agency Service Fees

Vacation Planning Fees

Vacation planning fees will apply to all trips and must be remitted before any proposals are sent. Remitting this fee guarantees the following services from Vacation Me Travel Agency LLC; 2 to 3 proposals including requested services; 1 proposal swap; and the following apply to any traveler in your party- payment arrangements, booking management, personal contact and support through your return home.

Cancellations/ Changes

All fees are Non-Refundable and are IN ADDITION TO any supplier-imposed fees.

Name Change

Any name changes or traveler additions/ removals.

Trip Cancellation

Canceling your trip after booking has been made 72 hours.

Itinerary Changes

This includes hotel changes, airline, date changes and changes to excursions/ activities after booking.
